recently i broke a piece of a headset in my phone. i took it sumwhere to get it fixed and when i got it back it was fine but now at unexpected times the screen will turn blue and then go black as if it has shut off. has anyone had this problem. can u email me and tell me how to fix it or if u have any suggestions. thank you

My side kick slide randomly shuts off and deletes all my numbers, texts, pictures, notes, and everything. How can I prevent this? is there a way I can get my stuff back?

ok so a friend of mine just gave me a slide, unfortunately that was all i got, no charger, usb cable or anything else. But thats besides the point, i have numerous mini usb cables for my blackberry but im trying to connect the slide to my computer to put music, add themes etc. and when i plug any of them in, the slide connects and disconnects endlessly. i have had enough of a second to put 1 song on the memory card. What do i need to do to make this work? i am getting frustrated to no end and am ready to give the phone back. i have purcahsed a mini usb cable specifically for motorola phones since they want to be difficult and make their products different and the same for a charger, but i have be hitting dead ends at every turn and honestly ready to give up. any advice?

i just "upgraded" to the sidekick slide, and i was wondering if you had to have the memory card which is not included to download themes to the phone, cause when i connect and pull up the my computer and removable disk, it just repeatedly states that i need to add a disk.. so, does anyone have any constructive advice?

Can someone help me fix my speaker? For some reason today I stopped being able to hear ringtones out of my speaker and the speakerphone doesn't work. Incoming and outgoing calls work fine as long as I don't use the speakerphone. The phone is not on mute and I've ran diagnostics more than once. Any other suggestions???
