| Even though I have inserted the SIM card, the display says, SIM Card Not Found | The Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card may be incorrectly inserted. Ensure that you have inserted the SIM card properly. For more assistance, refer to the user manual. |
| The display indicates that my PIN is blocked. How do I unblock the phone? | After entering your PIN incorrectly three times sequentially, the SIM will block itself. To unblock it, you must enter an unblocking key code (PUK). Contact T-Mobile Customer Care to receive an unblock code. |
| My phone displays a carrier other than T-Mobile on the screen. | This will occur if you are roaming outside of the T-Mobile coverage area. Visit Personal Coverage Check to verify your coverage area. |

im signed in under the wrong username with my sim card. im using my friends lx and his username loaded instead of mine is there a way 2 switch back the usernames?

hey guys, the screen to my phone is messing up. i mean i don't know if it is the software or the screen but, the lady on the screen sometimes shows on the left side. like the screen splits some times in 3 or even blank out. I can hear everything when i press the buttons but i can't see anything. how do i fix that? can someone tell me what they think it may be?

ok so my battery was low and it siad that i need to charge it and the screen would come on in a few minutes. but it never did the screen is completly blank but the orange light is on....wat do i do????????????????????

Ok, so i took out the sim card from my phone and i put it back in and ALL MY NUMBERS ARE GONE!!! i had so many and i dont know how 2 get them back. they werent saved 2 my sim so i cant just retrieve them. Anything 2 do 2 get them bak!?!?!?!?!
