lost all my contacts!
May 26 2008, 11:47 AM EDT my phone was working just fine till one day i opened it and it turned off all by itself so i turned it back on but to find that everything was gone! my pictures, my contacts, text messages! so when people text me or call me i have no idea who they are! please someone help me my phone is my life and thats how i stay in touch with my friends and family! please and thank you 14 out of 16 found this valuable. Do you? |

May 30 2008, 6:20 AM EDT That happen to me once the best way to get ur contacts back is go to ur sim card----->THREW SETTING then youll c an option for SIM Contacts hopefully u saved ur contacts on sim card or ur phone mit automatically save everything to ursim card let me know good luck 3 out of 4 found this valuable. Jun 10 2008, 8:22 PM EDT hi i had the same problem, if you have tmobile you have to have the sidekick package somehow having that keeps all your info from disaperaring. i lost all the stuff 3 times so i called and then was told. i was kinda mad, its an extra 20.00 a month, but i think its worth it now, 3 out of 4 found this valuable. Do you? |

Jun 20 2008, 10:37 AM EDT that happened to me the day before yesterday.. when it turned back on everything was gone.. i was heated but then like 10 mins went by and i looked at my phone and everything came back 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

Jul 4 2008, 8:00 PM EDT FYI if you lose ANY info on the device, contacts pictures taken, ringtones or whatever AND you have the sk data plan your info is backed up and stored on the Danger servers. nothing is saved to your device, is all flash memory. if you dont have the data plan, save your contacts to your sim card cause your info will erase from the device if its powered off or the battery is removed, or if the phone restarts. if you dont have the data plan and lose your info...
